Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Please allow 1-5 Business Days After orders have been shipped for delivery.

Shipping delays

Our main goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible. That being said, we only have control of processing and getting your order to the carrier. Please keep in mind that once the carrier receives your order it is their responsibility to deliver the order in a timely manner.

Incorrect Address

We recommend our customers to always double check their address to make sure its correct before placing your order. If once you have placed your order you notice an error, send an email to infoselfindulging@gmail.com  with the order # on the subject line and we will be more than happy to update it for you. This ensures your package is delivered to the correct address. We only provide one shipping label per order, this means if the package is returned back to us due to incomplete/incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying for the now second shipping label that will need to be issued.

Returns policy

You have 7 days once your order has been delivered. In order to receive a refund or store credit, the item(s) must in its original packaging (with tags) and in the same condition that they were delivered to you.
